Pitfalls of Marketing
There are so many mistakes that marketing people can make, but there are a few obvious ones that we must recognize. First off, don’t forget that it is not what you say, but rather what is heard that counts. Your marketing must take this into account.
Secondly, you must never think that you are so important and that others ideas aren’t of value.
Thirdly, don’t discount a marketing tool just because you don’t understand it. The old tried and true ways might just need to die! Holding on to them and defending them just creates a barrier between you and the consumer.
Lastly, don’t ever , ever assume anything! Just because you know something, it doesn’t mean others understand it.
Now get out there and make it a great day!
