What a great find. I have been struggling with these tags too. I knew putting too many was not a good thing but I wanted to have more than one. Very helpful. Thanks.

This is a riot, Sandi. Thanks for sharing. It is a good reminder that whatever you post or email is public and permanent. This is especially important if you ever want to get a new job. Your social media will be searched.

You may want to add a couple of keywords of each chapter to your chapter title. That will help readers know what is coming up in each chapter you release.

After reading your information I finally realize that I have trouble creating a short catchy title. I'm actually writing an ebook in my blog and I use Introduction and Chapter One, etc, but I haven't quite figure out how to construct the post title. I don't know if it's too cheesy to just put introduction and the Chapter numbers in my blog post. I don't think it would catch the eye of my viewers. I am really stuck.

Another example, while flying Frontier to Las Vegas this weekend. It costs $6 to activate your TV in flight...what if they just increased the price of each ticket by $3-6 and included it for everyone...with as much as we pay for airfare, $6 in either direction is not going to be noticed, and then we'd all have a much friendlier, happier customer service experience instead of feeling the way we do when the "special" kids have it already included in their tickets...

Sometimes the opportunities to be excellent that are missed surprise me so much...

Thanks Gina...it surprises me sometimes what sticks with me. I just know how I felt as a guest reading the sign, which went to how does everyone else feel and what can an organization do to change things...sometimes it might be as simple as ketchup. You never know...
