We have two distinct sections under the InSights umbrella: InSights Group and InSights Community.

The InSights Group is a marketing agency focused on social media marketing and strategy. Our clients include successful small to mid sized business, and individual entrepreneurs who want to organize their organic marketing efforts. InSights Community: Supporting Entrepreneurs with a Holistic Approach to Business
The best definition that we have discovered is that an Entrepreneur is a “creator of resonance”. Like a pebble thrown into a still pond that sends out growing ripples, entrepreneurs start with an idea and built great businesses. They often look for support and are encouraged by others facing the same opportunities and situations as they are.
The InSights Community is a group of small businesses working together towards further success. Think business incubator meets big thinking mastermind ideas. We are more than a chamber or networking group. What makes us different is the access to member synergy, support, and shared resources. Through it all, the InSights Community provides members with a seamless experience, where members can connect, build relationships and do life deeply together.
The investment to become a part of the InSights Group Community is $100 per month – you can be a local (Michigan) or remote (worldwide) member.
We believe in sharing ideas, sharing contacts, sharing resources, dreams, visions, hopes and fears.
We believe that when we get together in a room where there are stimulating speakers, and interesting discussions, extraordinary people can be motivated to do astonishing things.
We believe that sometimes transformation happens in large groups, sometimes in small groups, sometimes one-on-one.
We believe that you don’t have to have your name in boldface in the society columns, nor have your name listed in the Fortune 500 to be somebody significant.
We believe in the free exchange of thought in a community of trust, and believe we can learn from each other even if we disagree.
We believe in dealing with the whole person, not just the business person.
And most importantly, we believe in having a lot of fun!
InSights Group
A few ways to participate:
InSights Mastermind Groups - These groups create a variety of big-thinking meetings for our members to participate in, from a weekly meeting here in Brighton to our weekly live streamed meeting via the web, incredible ideas and successes happen here.
InSights Action Board – When a member has a challenge or opportunity and needs a focus group, he or she can initiate an Action Board. This is a small board of advisors hand-picked by InSights leadership from among the membership base will offer objective help and suggestions to help move the individual member forward through whatever challenge or opportunity has presented itself.
Monthly Member Meetings – These are meetings put on by at the InSights Group. There is always valuable and thought provoking information as well as community fellowship.
Facility Access – Rooms designated for mastermind meetings and team meetings; Rooms for members providing free class or workshops for other members; Client meetings in an InSights community room
Online Member Network/Comprehensive Member Directory – The membership is given access to an online community. Within the online network, members interact, host focused discussions, address business and personal challenges, have access to exclusive content and member-supplied resources, and can review videos of past summits and special events. More importantly, members can build trusted relationships with the confidence that the private network is a safe place where they can freely discuss topics, openly address issues, as well as give and receive advice with others whom they respect. All members have access to the entire membership base.

It is a community of idea people who support one another in bringing their ideas to life. How do you become involved in the InSights Group? The only way to become involved is to “Just Do It.” You can’t possibly know all that InSights has to offer until you participate!
InSights Group is a place that bridges the gap between left-brain and right-brain approaches to growing small businesses. It’s a place where people come to grow, socialize, and learn. Come to a class, meet a few people, and get a tour of the building. During the class, jump up and down and join in with the “silly” exercises that “real businesses” don’t do. Leave feeling uncertain but intrigued. Come back for another class, meet a few more people, and allow the feeling of intrigue to grow. After a few more visits, the intrigue will morph into a feeling of fitting in. InSights Group provides knowledge, networking, and motivation for small businesses.
