Joni Golden says:
Patience and calm are my ultimate competitive advantages. I stick with a project until I’m convinced it’s finished and with a client until we’re both satisfied with the work I’ve done.

Dr. Phil says “no matter how flat you make a pancake, it always has two sides. Top is a side, bottom is a side, AND the side is also a side. So, in my opinion, every pancake has 3 sides. So my advantage is that I question things and try to look at them another way to understand them better. (Not that this always works!)

Nothing is impossible. There is always a way do something. It might alter a little on the way, but I will figure out how to make it work. Whether it is marching a tuba, opening an art gallery with no money or making a shack feel like a mansion on a shoe string budget. I look for the impossible and strive to accomplish it!

I listen more than I talk. Even if this drives my husband insane from time to time, in my graphic design business it is a huge benefit to my clients. By listenting closely, I can better understand what they want and need and in turn make it a reality.

I am a tell-it-like-it-is gale. There is not much fluff and puff with me. This helps me with business and home life. Customers, vendors, employees and my kids all know what I expect and what they can expect of me. To this day I ruffle feathers with my blunt and honest answers. I also get a lot of laughs because it is so unexpected. Be careful what you ask, I may confirm what you already know.
