and make it simple for your website visitors to “pin” your content on their pinterest gallery.
Pinterest is a site that gained popularity this year, but it did so without a lot of fanfare. Even signing up is a stealth operation – you have to apply for an invitation, wait several days for your invite, and then head back over to fill in your profile.

What is Pinterest?
Pinterest is a virtual pinboard. Pinterest allows you to organize and share all the beautiful things you find on the web. You can browse pinboards created by other people to discover new things and get inspiration from people who share your interests.
People use pinboards to plan their weddings, decorate their homes, and share their favorite recipes.
Based on who I am following, this is what I see when I log in to my pinterest account:
From there I am able to pin things I like to my pinboards:
Once I’ve added something, people who see my pins are able to repin to their boards, or just enjoy what I’ve shared.
This has been great for people looking for just about everything. Plan your home remodel, find interesting things you like, shop for gifts – all through the sharing of photographs. Brilliant!
So, make it simple for your visitors who don’t yet pin regularly – and especially for those who do (they probably have the browser PIN IT button installed already). You can add the Pinterest Plugin to your wordpress pages – and let’s start pinning!
